When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), also called: metadata included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website, if published.

The host collect personal data on those websites and store them on their servers. These may include, but are not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communications, contract information, contact information, names, web page access, and other data generated through a web site.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and to follow our instructions with respect to such data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For using Photo-Session-Planner, you’ll insert many data and might upload images. Those are under your personal control and are protected with best will against others. Anyway: those data are stored indefinitely, until you delete your account. If your account is deleted, your personal data and inputs and media are deleted irretrievable.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security

Data collected to maintain your PRO-Membership

At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site.

At checkout, we may also collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order.

At checkout, we may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment.

When logged in, we use cookies to track some of your activity on our site including logins, visits, and page. views


The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Your personal data

Using Photo-Session-Planner as a service will require that you register and login to our website. To maintain all features for your photo-sessions we need to store your data in a database. Please note that we do our best to protect this database but there is no 100% guarantee for this. Hence we must take disctance to be responsible if your data gets corrupted or even stolen. As private persons we cannot be held responsible for data loss or data theft. Please understand that you act under your own trust and responsibility to use our service. But be sure that we (as a germany group) do our best to convince for the best protection we can offer. For any concerns or questions you can get in contact with us.

Your data to process Photo-Shooting appointments

Using Photo-Session-Planner as a service will require that you enter some relevant data for this:

: Here you store anonymous data related to your upcoming photo shooting date, It might be that you assign participating persons by an “Alias Name”. By law now GDPR-related data must be stored.
Model / Make-Up Artist / Assistant – Data : Only an “Alias Name” must be stored, followed by some personal data which must not be matched to a real person
Photo-Shooting-Set : No GDPR-related data is recorded here
Shooting-Session-Data : only “Alias Names” might be assigned to a Session-Slot which must not be matched to a real person
Travel/Other-Costs-Data : No GDPR-related data is recorded here – all data are bound to your user-account, which do not require personal data (except your eMail-Address)
Profile-Data / Bill and Contract -Data : Only relevant for PRO-Members-> to create Bills or/and Contracts, it is required to store GDPR-relevant data, such as your address,
bank details and trade-informations for your Bill/Contract Headers and Footers. We recommend to delete those details after the Bill/Contract is generated.
